Cacao Cashew Smoothie

And who doesn’t want to savor this blend of ripe bananas, raw cacao, brain-boosting reishi mushroom powder, and fresh cashew milk? Start your mornings with this potent chocolate soup for an energizing boost.

Smoothie:  

  • 1 frozen banana, previously sliced (conventional is fine, given the thick exterior) 
  • 2 tablespoons 100% organic raw cacao powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon reishi mushroom powder (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh nut milk (recipe here) 
  • 3-4 ice cubes (as necessary) 
  • Optional toppings: unsweetened coconut flakes, raw cacao nibs 

Instructions:  

Blend the smoothie ingredients, adding ice cubes as necessary. 

Personalize with preferred toppings.
